Our Mobile Podiatry and Wound Care teams deliver expert care where patients live. We visit private homes, senior living communities, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and group homes. Patients who have difficulty traveling can receive the same high quality podiatric and wound care in a comfortable setting. We coordinate closely with primary care, home health agencies, hospice teams, and case managers to support safe, consistent treatment plans.

How Mobile Care Works

  1. Referral and scheduling
We accept referrals from physicians, hospitals, home health, facilities, and family members. Our team verifies details and schedules the first visit.
  2. On site evaluation and treatment
A licensed provider arrives with the equipment needed for podiatry and wound care. Most services can be completed during the visit.
  3. Care plan and communication
You receive a clear plan, education, and follow up schedule. We send progress notes and recommendations to your care team.
