We Bring Healing To You
We bring high-quality, compassionate care directly to where it’s needed most: your home, assisted living facility, or skilled nursing center.
We believe every patient deserves convenient, expert care - especially when mobility is limited. That’s why our licensed medical providers travel directly to patients across our service regions, delivering trusted foot and wound care that helps prevent complications, reduce hospital visits, and restore quality of life.
With years of experience in podiatry, chronic wound care, and mobile clinical operations, our team works hand-in-hand with caregivers, case managers, and facility staff to make treatment seamless and results-driven.
Our podiatrists provide on-site podiatry care for residents in nursing homes and care facilities, assisting with the full spectrum of evaluation, education, and treatment for foot and ankle needs. We evaluate common concerns like painful nails, calluses and corns, skin breakdown, circulation and nerve changes, and diabetic foot risks, then educate residents, caregivers, and staff on daily foot care, proper footwear, fall-risk awareness, and warning signs that should be addressed early. When treatment is needed, our providers deliver professional care in a safe, facility-friendly setting, helping residents stay comfortable, mobile, and protected from avoidable complications.
Our doctors are well-educated in the disease, its complications, management, and treatments. Proper foot care is extremely important in general, but so for the diabetic patient due to decreased circulation, decreased protective sensation, and increased risk of complications. Recommendations can be given for dietary/lifestyles changes, exercises, proper and protective shoewear, and supplies. Our office can assist you with most of your diabetic questions and needs.
